We have 3 children, all boys. Evelake: 8 years old - going into 2nd year and loves Minecraft, Star Wars, and Science. Gareth: 4 years old - going into pre-school and is our social butterfly, though is very much into fart and butt jokes right now (we try to discourage it while still encouraging him to be himself, right now he just does it because it gets a laugh from his brothers.) Balen: 2 years old - and is a very independently minded and stubborn kiddo. I like to joke that he is the tyrant of the family but in all reality he just knows what he wants and still doesnt quite understand how to fully communicate so it comes across as stubbornness. Me and my wife don't have any family here in Ireland, so if we ever want adult time or some time to ourselves we really need a flexible minder that can watch the kids at house every now and again (1 to 2 times a month) and give us that adult time.
