I'm looking for a childminder who is ok with flexibility. I work short contracts typically 1 month at a time. Right now I need someone 3-4 days a week for 6 hours (9-3pm or 12-6pm), and until end of February 2026 (for now). Then it would be 1 day a week guaranteed, until my next contract. I realise this isn't ideal for everyone but I'm hoping it'll fit someone's schedule. I have two children. My daughter just turned one and my son is four. He is in ECCE locally from 8:30-12 everyday so ideally you can collect him or alternatively, I can drop both kids to you from 12-6pm. We can discuss all options :) I'm open to someone minding in their home (ideal), or in mine (if needed). I'm open to discussing the ideal arrangement with the right candidate. thanks!
