Part-Time Housekeeper (with some childcare support in school holidays) We are a family based in Drumcondra, Dublin with two children aged 4 and 7, looking for a reliable, flexible and proactive part-time housekeeper to support our home alongside our existing childcare arrangements. This role is primarily housekeeping and household management. During school holidays, we will also need some help with the children when required. Hours • Preferred hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 13:[removed] hours per week) • Some additional hours may be available at times by agreement, especially during school holidays. About our household • Two children aged 4 and 7 • Younger child currently attends Montessori and older child is in national school • From September, both children will be in national school • We currently have childcare support in place. This role is to focus mainly on the household. Key responsibilities • Full house cleaning and general tidying • All laundry (washing, drying, ironing, putting away) • Shopping support and errands as needed • Organisation of children’s toys, belongings and storage areas • Wardrobe organisation and seasonal clothing management • General household management, keeping the home running smoothly • Some cooking, for example simple family meals and meal prep • School holiday support with children as required (in coordination with parents and existing arrangements) The person we are looking for • Trustworthy, dependable and punctual • Adaptable and comfortable working around a busy family routine • Takes initiative and can spot tasks that need doing without being asked • Organised, efficient and enjoys maintaining a well-run home • Comfortable around children and willing to help during holidays when needed • No preference on nationality.
