“I cannot recommend Una highly enough!! She is such a genuine, warm, caring person and she completely put me at ease even from our first phone conversation. In my particular situation, discretion was very important and I knew I could trust Una. She was so supportive and she offered many different solutions (dropping, collecting, staying overnight ect) to help as much as she could. She is a total gem and anybody would be lucky to have her as a carer/ babysitter.”
