I studied general nursing in UCD and subsequently worked as a social care worker for over three years with elderly people and children with disabilities in a residential home. I am fully vaccinated. My experience varies from working in nursing homes, hospitals and private homes. I am happy to do day time and overnight care. I am chatty, kind and take pride in providing a high level of care to those I look after. I’m currently searching for part time work with the right person/family. My qualifications include first aid training, medication training, epilepsy training and manual handling training. I have a full Irish driving license as well as my own car. I have experience working with people with dementia /Alzheimer’s and also have experience with people who suffer from mental health conditions . I have worked with people who have terminal cancer and their end of life care in the family home. I have excellent references. Looking to find the right family/ person to work with!
