About Viktoria
I'm Viktoria, an open minded, empathetic and trustworthy 30 year old childminder with 4 years of aupair/nanny experience. I have minded kids from infants to 11 year olds and can provide references from families I've worked for. I have lived in Dublin for 2,5 years before and have Irish references. I think I'm good with kids because I find it easy to put myself in their shoes and view the world through their eyes. The most important thing in my opinion is to treat children with respect and love, just like everyone else around you. I take safety seriously, as well as having fun and finding humor in stressful situations. I like doing arts and crafts with kids, dancing, writing/telling stories etc., but I'm also happy to let the kids lead the way in play and I would just come up with some ideas here and there. Usually, when I start with a new family I like to see their routine and kind of integrate into it. I can take initiative when it's needed and see what needs to be done, but I'm also good at following directions. I'm comfortable with pets, light cleaning and I'm a good cook, I cooked family meals for most of my families. I'm pretty clean and try to keep the house like that while I'm working.
