Hello dear Families, my name is Mayela I’m a mature very loving and caring person. I have a lot experience working as a healthcare assistant with over 5 years working with elderly and disable people, specially elderly people with dementia. I have QQI Level 5 in Healthcare and all my trainings are up to date. I’m a very kind , patient and reliable person. Caring for elderly people and people with disabilities has created a desire in me to help and makes their life better and happier. My role as a caregiver has provided me with a new perspective on life and has allowed me to develop a number of key skills, which I believe will help me to continue to continue this role as a caregiver very successfully and ready to adapt to any situations that may come my way. I have excellent communication skills and I exhibit a positive demeanor and a kind tone of voice. I’m considerate and kind when working with vulnerable people and I’m mindful of the fact that I’m working in a senior’s, private home and I’m also reliable to arrive for work on time whilst fulfilling all duties in a timely manner, respecting my client and their family members' privacy and dignity at all times.
