Hi my name is Martina, I returned home from the States 6 years ago where I worked as a private Home Care Assistant for 15+ years. I've continued my role here, as Care Assistant, in the community for 5 years. I've completed 3 Fetac Level 5 Modules , "Care Skills" "Care of the Elderly" "Activities of Daily Living" I also worked in a Nursing Home for a short time and while there, I completed a "Dementia Awareness" course. I am available for Days, ( 8 to 12 hours) or over Nights I can also do Live-in up to 2/3 days. I am a compassionate, caring and patient individual with an outgoing personality who has a huge desire to help people, and true empathy for the person in my care . Amazing caregiver
“Martina was a caregiver for my dad for less than two months. She is such a lovely person and a very genuine carer. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Excellent time keeper, hard working and lots of initiative. Always arrived for her overnight stay with a smile on her face. Trustworthy, kind and very gentle. Absolutely amazing with my 85 year old dad. We loved having her and were very sad to lose her services. My fathers grand daughter was relocating to Dublin and that’s the only reason for the change in situation. If you need references please don’t hesitate to get my number from Martina.
