About FUWEI
With six years of experience in elder care across both nursing home and homecare settings, I am deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized support to my clients. Currently, I work part-time with Irish Homecare, caring for clients aged 85 and above, many of whom live with dementia. This experience has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and attentiveness in caregiving. I’ve also completed specialized training in elderly care and caregiving skills, equipping me to provide high-quality, client-centered support. Originally from Beijing, China, I’m a native Mandarin speaker, and I’m comfortable communicating in English for daily interactions. With a background in marketing and a bachelor’s degree, I’m now furthering my caregiving knowledge through additional coursework here in Ireland. I’m very flexible with my schedule and am available for a variety of shifts to best meet the needs of clients — including night shifts, day shifts, and weekends.
