About Lucy
I’m a warm, enthusiastic, and reliable individual with over seven years of childcare experience, including two years as a full-time nanny in Australia. I’m currently studying for my Master’s in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics at UCD. I have always had a natural connection with children, bringing a calm and nurturing energy to my work. My experience ranges from caring for infants to supporting school-aged children, creating safe, engaging environments where they can learn and grow. I’ve also worked in hospitals in a variety of roles, which taught me how to stay adaptable and patient in busy situations. Most recently, I volunteered in Uganda, supporting children with cerebral palsy and their families. This experience deepened my empathy and reaffirmed my love for caring for children of all needs and backgrounds. I’m passionate about encouraging creativity, curiosity, and confidence in the children I care for.
