About Nessa
Hi, my name is Nessa. I am a Health Care Assistant with 14 years’ experience across a variety of care settings including hospitals, disability services, home care, nursing homes, and private one-to-one support. I have developed particular experience in dementia care and have supported many families in navigating the challenges that come with it. I am currently working with a private home care company two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and am available for private clients on the other days. Caring for the elderly is something I am truly passionate about. I find it both rewarding and fulfilling and I take pride in helping people feel safe, comfortable, and respected within their own homes. I also understand the challenges and emotional impact that care needs can have on families. My goal is to provide not only reliable and compassionate support for your loved one but also reassurance for you and your family during what can often be a difficult time. I am originally from North County Dublin and am available for work in North County Dublin as well as nearby areas in Meath, including Dunshaughlin, Ratoath, and Ashbourne. I hold a full QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Assistant, have up-to-date Garda vetting, and regularly complete HSC training. I also have a full clean driver’s licence with access to my own car, allowing me to provide flexible support when needed.
