About Giovanna
I have been working with children since I was 17 years old, beginning my journey as a babysitter while still in high school in Brazil. At the age of 19, I moved to the United States, where I worked for a year and a half as both a preschool teacher and a babysitter, caring for children of all ages. I am Garda vetted and have CPR and first Aid certification. Throughout my experience, I have developed strong skills in childcare, including meal preparation, diaper changing, playtime supervision, and daily routine organization. I am truly passionate about working with children and take pride in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for them to grow and thrive. I understand that managing children, especially in group settings can be challenging. That’s why I place great emphasis on teaching important social skills such as sharing, taking turns, and using words to express needs and emotions. My goal is always to support their development while maintaining a calm, respectful, and positive atmosphere.
