About Sandra
Hi, I’m Sandra — originally from Spain and living in Dublin for the past six years. I have over six years’ experience as a nanny and au pair, caring for children from babies to school-age. Families value me for being reliable, creative, caring and organised, and I truly enjoy supporting children’s growth with patience and empathy. I’m currently completing a QQI Certificate in Child Developmental Psychology (finishing Nov 2025) and will begin a Psychology degree in February. I’m particularly interested in emotional education, art and play therapy, and I love to bring creativity into everyday life through crafts, storytelling and outdoor play in nature. My goal is always to provide screen-free, fun and safe activities that help children learn and develop. Day-to-day, I can support with school drop-offs/pick-ups, homework, meal preparation, nap and bedtime routines, as well as light housekeeping. I also create age-appropriate play and learning activities, balancing structure and free exploration. I am bilingual (native Spanish, fluent English) and enjoy language learning and cultural exchange with children. I hold first-aid training, excellent references are available on request, and I’m available Monday to Thursday, any time.
