About Bianca
Hello! My name is Bianca, I’m Brazilian and currently living in Dublin 8. I am fully eligible to work in Ireland (Stamp 4) and deeply passionate about caring for children, supporting families, and creating a safe, warm and positive environment. I have nearly 5 years of experience working with children, including primary and secondary students (ages 6–15). In Brazil, I worked in schools with children with special educational needs, supporting their learning, behaviour, social skills and daily routines. I also assisted teachers in classroom organisation, activities, storytelling, and emotional support. This experience taught me patience, empathy, responsibility and the ability to adapt to different needs and personalities. In addition to my work in education, I have professional experience in customer service, organisation, reception and administrative roles, which strengthened my communication skills, attention to detail and ability to stay calm even in busy situations. I am naturally caring, organised and responsible. I enjoy creating a positive routine for children — including reading time, sensory activities, homework help, outdoor play, creative projects and calm moments when needed.
