About Catalina
My name is Catalina, I’m Chilean and currently living in Dublin. I moved here to study and improve my English for both my personal and professional life. I am 24 years old and studied Business with a specialisation in Economics and Finance. I am also part of a sustainable start-up in my home country. I am looking for a part-time position as a babysitter, childminder, or nanny starting in 2026. Hours are flexible and can be discussed depending on the family’s needs. I have experience in Chile working as a babysitter, caring for children between 2 and 7 years old. I have also been very involved in caring for my younger cousins since they were babies, so I am comfortable looking after younger children as well. I have always loved spending time with children and creating a safe, caring, and fun environment for them. My native language is Spanish, and I would be very happy to teach children some basic Spanish words in a natural and playful way. My English level is upper-intermediate and currently improving, and I am especially interested in practising my speaking skills with native speakers. I am also interested in learning German and have taken some classes in the past. I consider myself responsible, patient, warm, and reliable. I take childcare seriously and always aim to support both children and parents with care and commitment.
