About Lucia
Hello, my name is Lucia and I am a Social Integration Worker with experience caring for children from babies up to 14 years old. I am truly passionate about working with children and supporting them through each stage of their development, always respecting their pace, emotions, and individual needs. I consider myself a very caring, patient, responsible, and kind person. For me, it is essential to create a safe, calm, and trusting environment where children feel heard, valued, and happy. I easily adapt to each family’s routines and understand the importance of maintaining open and respectful communication with parents. I am especially interested in the Montessori approach, as it promotes independence, creativity, and learning through hands-on experiences. I enjoy preparing activities and games tailored to each age group to support children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and motor skills. I can organise sensory activities for babies, early stimulation exercises, creative arts and crafts, reading time, homework support, educational games, emotional development activities, and experiences that encourage independence and self-confidence. I have experience with daily childcare responsibilities, including preparing simple and healthy meals, managing sleep routines, hygiene, school runs or extracurricular activities, and organising free time in an educational and fun way. As a Social Integration Worker, I am trained to promote inclusion, respect for diversity, and the child’s overall development, adapting to any specific needs a child may have. I am organised, punctual, and committed. My priority is always the children’s wellbeing, safety, and positive development.
