About Amanda
Im a warm, responsible and caring Brazilian who has been minding kids over 5 years in Ireland. I have a first aid course and also have excellent references to provide. I have been working with all ages but mostly new borns to 5yo. My last two positions including the one I'm currently in I was minding 3 kids and one of then was a newborn by the time I started, and the older ones between 2 and 4. But as the baby will be going to creche soon Im looking for a long term position to start in may or june. I'm very good at following a schedule, the families I've worked mostly sleep trained the babies so they need a good rotine for that. I love cooking and baking with the kids, also reading books and singing for them when the weather won't let us go out. But every chance we have we try to go to the playground, play dates, playgroups and libraries. I'm used to do light housework, as cooking meals and doing the laundry. I'm very flexible and easy going and I prioritize having a good environment when working with kids so everyone is comfortable and happy.
