About Lauren
I am a 23-year-old from a large, family-oriented background, where I developed strong childcare skills from a young age. I regularly care for my three nephews and two nieces, including my 6-month-old niece twice a week, which has made me very comfortable and confident caring for babies. I have also babysat for many local families and genuinely enjoy working with children. I always prioritise children’s safety and wellbeing in every environment and strive to provide a caring, supportive, and secure atmosphere where they feel comfortable. In addition, I founded and ran a local summer camp, where I managed groups of 12 children aged 8–13. I organised outings and day trips, ensuring each activity was both enjoyable and safe while maintaining a structured and engaging environment. I am passionate about working with children and aim to build strong, trusting relationships with them, creating a fun, safe, and positive experience for every child in my care.
