About Fatma
I am from Turkey and I am a qualified teacher with a true passion for working with children. I have approximately 8 years of experience working with children aged 3–6 in public schools, and I am currently living in Ireland with permanent residency. I am actively working in a crèche (early years setting). In my current role, I have experience working with babies (baby room), toddlers, and Montessori classrooms, which allows me to confidently care for different age groups and adapt to each child’s individual needs. I truly enjoy spending time with children, supporting their development, and creating a safe, loving, and positive environment where they feel happy and secure. I focus on play-based learning, while also encouraging independence and confidence. I am very attentive to children’s safety, routines, and emotional needs, and I always aim to build a warm and trusting relationship with both children and parents.
