About Emma

My name is Emma, I’m 23 years old and I’m currently living with a family in Dublin to improve my English. I’ve just completed a Bachelor’s degree in Languages (English/German) at the Sorbonne. I speak French (native speaker), English (C1 level) and German (B1/B2 level). I started babysitting at the age of 13 and have since looked after children of all ages, from under one year old up to 13 years old. I am particularly comfortable with babies and young children: in Paris, most of the children I looked after were under 3 years old. Whilst studying in Paris, I regularly looked after children from seven different families, and all my experiences went very well. The parents trusted me over the long term and always contacted me again for further babysitting work (and I will be returning to babysit for the same families when I go back to Paris at the start of the summer). I’m new to this app, but I have a profile on Babysittor with reviews from families; I can of course send you screenshots if you’d like. I’ve also been involved in the Scouts for 10 years, an experience that has helped me develop a sense of responsibility, creativity and the ability to manage groups of children whilst offering activities suited to each child. Cheerful, patient and attentive, I enjoy spending time with children and offering them a variety of activities (games, crafts, reading, etc.), whilst respecting their wishes and their pace.
