Hi there,my name is Leah I live in Lucan. I am 48 years old and have been looking after children of all ages for over ten years. I have two lovely lads myself aged 20 and 16. I thoroughly enjoy seeing children thrive and grow and reach their developmental milestones etc. I love being outdoors and going to the library park or groups etc weather dependent also engaging with indoor activities and generally going with the flow of each day, keeping the child/children's safety and welfare at the centre of everything, prioritising their needs while keeping a sense of fun and spontaneity too 😊 Before childcare I worked in pharmacy and am familiar with the products/medicine etc appropriate for babies and young children. I am Garda vetted, have first aid, references and a diploma in childcare. Babies up to preschool age are my particular area of interest but again I'm flexible with all ages depending on the circumstances etc. I have worked with many people over the years both at home and in the children's home and always strive to maintain open and approachable with communication and clarity for both myself and the parents regarding their children's care, safety and wellbeing in all aspects.
