Our son is a bright and engaging young person with additional needs who requires 1:1 support with daily living tasks, social activities, and general supervision. He has a great sense of humour and a strong personality, and he can sometimes display behaviours that require a calm, confident, and consistent approach. The ideal candidate will be someone who is patient, energetic, and confident working with teenagers with special needs and who won't be thrown by the occasional challenging behaviours.
